Custom dies from samples or technical drawings
Custom industrial cutting dies for technical parts without standard tooling
Not every job is a box or label. Foam, felt, plastic, leather, rubber and mixed technical parts need tooling decisions around material behavior, tolerance and use case.
Where this die fits
Custom industrial dies are used for technical parts, spacers, insulation, promotional parts, automotive support pieces and production aids beyond standard packaging.
If no file exists, a sample can be redrawn. Once material and use case are clear, the right rule, base and layout can be selected.
- Foam, felt, EVA and rubber parts
- Plastic, PVC, PET and acetate forms
- Leather, textile and promotional parts
- Technical spacers and custom production aids
What we check before production
Custom work has no single recipe. The same shape can need a different rule, rubbering and pressure setup in another material.
- Use case and assembly tolerance
- Material thickness, hardness and stretch
- Inner holes, corner radius and notches
- Prototype quantity or production layout
Quote information
A perfect technical drawing is not always required. A measured sample, photo and material note can be enough to prepare a production drawing.
- Technical drawing, sample or measured photo
- Material type, thickness and hardness
- Critical tolerance or assembly points
- Quantity, deadline and old-die notes if any
Common questions
1Can you make tooling for a part with no drawing?
Yes. The sample is measured, a production drawing is prepared and critical tolerances are confirmed.
2Can I order one custom die?
Yes. Prototype and single-die jobs are accepted; production layouts can be planned separately.
3Which materials can be evaluated?
Foam, felt, EVA, rubber, leather, textile, PVC, PET, acetate and similar sheet or roll materials can be reviewed.
