We manufacture box cutting dies, label dies, BOBST sets, gasket cutting dies and custom laser-cut tooling for print, packaging and industrial clients.

PROCESS

Four controlled steps, from measurements to dispatch.

Before production, we verify the drawing, material and press details, then confirm the cutting, creasing and delivery plan in writing.

    Drawing and dimensions received

    A photo, measured sketch, PDF, AI or DXF is reviewed; product form, material, quantity and press fit are clarified in the same exchange.

  2. Plan approval · avg. 2 h

    Cut plan approved in writing

    Cutting, creasing or perforation, rule height and base choice are tied to the quote. Any open points are confirmed together before production.

  3. Production · 4–18 h

    Channel cut, rule set

    The CNC fiber laser opens the channel; steel rule is bent, rubbered and mounted to the selected base.

  4. Dispatch · same / next day

    Dimensions checked, order dispatched

    Critical dimensions and lines are checked before Istanbul courier, cargo or urgent delivery handoff.
